Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with the most delicious, highest quality teas. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns of items in new and unused condition in its original packaging. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The customer will be refunded the full cost of the returned items less related shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept returns on merchandise that have been opened or used.
