Servings: 1, 4 oz serving
Time: 5 minutes


  • 2 ounces brewed, chilled Sunrize Tea Vanilla Earl Grey Escape concentrate (use 2 teaspoons of this loose leaf tea to brew your 2 ounces)
  • 1 ounce Absolut Mandrin Vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 1 mandarin orange (1/2 to be juiced, 1/2 for garnish)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Cocktail shaker (a sealed container and strainer works as well)
  • Martini glass

Preparation (brewing Vanilla Earl Grey Escape)

  1. Place 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Earl Grey Escape into a strainer within a cup
  2. Pour 2 ounces of boiled water over tea
  3. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on flavor preferences
  4. Let cool and cover vessel
  5. Place in your refrigerator and chill overnight


  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Juice 1/2 orange and add juice to shaker
  3. Add simple syrup
  4. Pour in mandarin vodka
  5. Pour in Vanilla Earl Grey Escape tea concentrate
  6. Place lid on shaker and shake for 30 seconds until chilled
  7. Strain and pour shaken martini into glass
  8. Garnish with orange twist
