Matcha Irish Cream

How to make this Matcha Irish Cream:

Servings: 1, 6 oz serving
Time: 5 minutes


  • 3 ounces Sunrize Tea Matcha Grade A concentrate (2 teaspoons matcha per 3 ounces)
  • 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup half and half (you can substitute with your choice of milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Ghirardelli white chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice

Preparation (brewing matcha concentrate):

  1. Place 2 teaspoons of Matcha Grade A and 3 ounces of water into a mason jar and fasten the lid
  2. Shake the jar until the matcha and water are properly mixed (approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute)
  3. Let cool


  1. Fill your glass with ice
  2. Pour in matcha concentrate
  3. Pour in Bailey's Irish Cream
  4. Add white chocolate syrup
  5. Pour in half and half
  6. Add straw and four leaf clover for good luck
