Lemon Ginger Rooibos Mule

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 ounces brewed Sunrize Tea Lemon Ginger Zest concentrate (use 2 teaspoons of this loose leaf tea to brew your 2 1/2 ounces)
- 2 ounces Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
- 8 ounces club soda
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup or to taste (two parts sugar to one part water)
- 1 lime (one half will be juiced and the other should be sliced for garnish)
- 1 lemon (one half will be juiced and the other should be sliced for garnish)
- 1 mint sprig
- 1 cup ice
Preparation (brewing Lemon Ginger Zest)
- Place 2 teaspoons of Lemon Ginger Zest into a cup
- Pour 2 1/2 ounces of boiled water over tea
- Steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on flavor preferences
- Place a strainer in a second glass
- Strain brewed tea mixture to remove loose-leaf tea
- Let cool and cover vessel
- Place in your refrigerator and chill overnight
Directions:
- Add ice to cup
- Juice 1/2 the lemon and 1/2 the lime and pour over ice
- Add simple syrup
- Pour in citrus vodka
- Pour in your Lemon Ginger Zest tea concentrate
- Top with club soda
- Add a lemon and lime slice and mint sprig for garnish
