Lemon Ginger Rooibos Mule

  • 2 1/2 ounces brewed Sunrize Tea Lemon Ginger Zest concentrate (use 2 teaspoons of this loose leaf tea to brew your 2 1/2 ounces)
  • 2 ounces Smirnoff Citrus Vodka
  • 8 ounces club soda
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup or to taste (two parts sugar to one part water)
  • 1 lime (one half will be juiced and the other should be sliced for garnish)
  • 1 lemon (one half will be juiced and the other should be sliced for garnish)
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation (brewing Lemon Ginger Zest)

  1. Place 2 teaspoons of Lemon Ginger Zest into a cup
  2. Pour 2 1/2 ounces of boiled water over tea
  3. Steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on flavor preferences
  4. Place a strainer in a second glass
  5. Strain brewed tea mixture to remove loose-leaf tea
  6. Let cool and cover vessel
  7. Place in your refrigerator and chill overnight


  1. Add ice to cup
  2. Juice 1/2 the lemon and 1/2 the lime and pour over ice
  3. Add simple syrup
  4. Pour in citrus vodka
  5. Pour in your Lemon Ginger Zest tea concentrate
  6. Top with club soda
  7. Add a lemon and lime slice and mint sprig for garnish
