Frozen Banana Luna Nut Cocktail

Servings: 1, 12 oz serving
Prep time: 5 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes


  • 2 ounces brewed, chilled Sunrize Tea Banana Luna Nut concentrate (use 2 teaspoons of this loose leaf tea to brew your 2 ounces)
  • 8 ounces vanilla almond milk
  • 1 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liquer
  • 1 ounce RumChata
  • 3 bananas (to be sliced and frozen overnight)
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Blender

*to make this drink non-alcoholic, substitute 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup for the two liqueurs*

Preparation (brewing Banana Luna Nut concentrate)

  1. Place 2 teaspoons of Banana Luna Nut into a cup
  2. Pour 2 ounces of boiled water over tea
  3. Steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on flavor preferences
  4. Place a strainer in a second glass
  5. Strain brewed tea mixture to remove loose-leaf tea
  6. Let cool and cover vessel
  7. Place in your refrigerator and chill overnight

Preparation (freezing bananas)

  1. Slice three bananas
  2. Lay slices side-by-side in a large Ziploc bag, so as not to overlap them
  3. Seal and freeze overnight


  1. Fill blender with frozen banana slices
  2. Pour in vanilla almond milk
  3. Pour in Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  4. Pour in RumChata
  5. Pour in your Banana Luna Nut tea concentrate
  6. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  7. Line glass with chocolate syrup
  8. Pour frozen drink mixture in glass
  9. Add a straw and enjoy your fabulous frozen cocktail!
