Cran-Pear-Y Breeze

Learn how to make a Cran-Pear-Y Breeze, a tropical green tea-infused take on this signature cocktail!

  

How to make a Cran-Pear-Y Symphony Breeze: 

*you can easily make this a non-alcoholic tropical drink--just skip on the rum!*

Servings: 1, 10 oz serving
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces brewed Sunrize Tea Cran-Pear-Y Symphony concentrate (use 1 1/2 teaspoons of this loose leaf tea to brew your 3 ounces)
  • 6 ounces Dole pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 slice pineapple (garnish)

Preparation (brewing Cran-Pear-Y Symphony)

  1. Place 1 1/2 teaspoons of Cran-Pear-Y Symphony into a strainer within a cup
  2. Pour 3 ounces of water heated to 175-185 F over tea
  3. Steep for 3 minutes and remove strainer
  4. Let cool and cover vessel
  5. Place in your refrigerator and chill overnight

Directions:

  1. Place ice in your glass
  2. Pour in pineapple juice
  3. Pour in coconut rum
  4. Pour in chilled Cran-Pear-Y Symphony tea concentrate
  5. Garnish with pineapple slice
