  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chamomile Dreams tea
  • 6 ounces boiled water (heated to 212 F) to prepare tea
  • 2 ounces heated, frothed vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Chamomile flowers (garnish)
